He just won’t stop.

Two illegal updates, folks, and both are jaw-droppers.

First, in Jacqueline’s case.
Remember, she is the mother who has the child with PKU. For some reason, Menges decided that a child with a rare metabolic disorder who had a behavioral disturbance at school was enough to remove from a safe home and place into foster care. There, his health declined, his behavior worsened, and we now have a child who has been a victim of state-sanctioned harm.

Menges has decided he is going to twist a dependency case into a custody case. You read that right. He is sending her son off to a biological father the child has never met, who is statutorily barred, lives in another state, and never petitioned for custody, visitation, or even attempted to have a relationship with this child.

He is doing this after deciding Jacqueline will finally get her child back, with a date of return, but only after the boy visits this “father” he does not even know, because somehow that is in the best interest of the child. This is not law. It is ultra vires—an act outside any judicial authority. It is “because I said so” wearing a robe.

Second, in Sara’s case, the docket is quietly changing. Filings are disappearing. Orders are being re-timed. The kind of thing that does not just happen. Dockets do not rewrite themselves; someone has to make those edits. And that someone is not a rogue clerk. This is the kind of move that crosses the line from judicial misconduct into criminal tampering with public records.

So what is Menges doing? Trying to go to prison, apparently. Because this is not bad judgment anymore. It is a pattern of deliberate, coordinated, illegal action.

Unfortunately for him, we notice everything. We document it all. He is not pulling a slick one on anyone anymore.

I have not even been able to update on the additional victims we found because they have live cases and we do not want to jeopardize them. But the actions are similar.
