Another Unthinkable Update from York County

Judge Menges continues to operate outside the law — and outside the bounds of basic human decency.

As of now, he has not held the legally required shelter care hearing following the removal of Jacqueline’s child. This hearing is mandated by law within 72 hours of removal to determine whether the child should have been removed and if they should remain out of the home.

And now, Menges is threatening to lock Jacqueline up for “contempt” because she forgot some of her child’s medical supplies.

A distraught mother forgot items in the chaos of having her child removed, and instead of simply ordering her to send them, he’s threatening jail.

There has been no contempt petition filed. This is a sua sponte action — meaning Menges brought it up on his own.

There was no hearing.
There was no purge.

Just a threat of man who already decided the outcome.

In civil contempt, a hearing must be held and the person must be given an opportunity to comply with the order — this is called a “purge condition.” None of that happened.

His intent is clear: to cause as much harm as possible.

  1. I was previously stripped of my parental rights in 2022 by the “Honorable” Steve Stambaugh. A pure bully with a grudge. Now I am set for a new trial with Judge Margetas. I have no idea what to expect, but I am scared shitless.

    1. I believe she’s one that actually follows laws. She was tossing out Stambaugh’s rulings

Stambaugh is going to prison. He’s already facing federal charges.
      So there’s one down.
