Here’s the thing about a war of attrition:

If the party you’re up against refuses to back down, no matter how hard you try to make it, you will lose.
And when you’re on the wrong side? That loss will hit harder than you could ever imagine.

Judge Menges is out here playing his one-sided war of attrition, doing everything in his power to wear these mothers down.
But here’s something he doesn’t understand: A mother doesn’t back down. When you come for our children, our animalistic instinct kicks in.

Not only that — we have a pack mentality. It’s not just one mother fighting; it’s an army of mothers who’ve joined the fight. In this war, we’ve formed alliances. We’ve joined forces.
All Menges has is the hope that we’ll give up. But we won’t. We will never give up. We are growing in numbers, and with every new face in our ranks, we grow in strength. We now also have fathers joining in our forces. Fathers who have no ties to this courtroom.

This is no longer one-on-one.

Unlike Menges, the law is on our side. We are not weaponizing the law to harm children, nor are we driven by ego or control.

In this war of attrition, the one who thought they had the upper hand is going to be the one to break first.
Menges may feel secure in his control over his courtroom and what seems to be York County, but the steps outside of York, his control is lost. The law doesn’t stop at the county line. His grasp on this situation is not as unshakable as he thinks.

  1. Please don’t take this the wrong way. I so badly want Menges to get what he deserves. He’s an evil person. However I get the feeling from time to time this group is portraying Menges is against the woman. Maybe I’m wrong I’ve just seen things said multiple times now. It’s not a sexist thing. I promise he’s done the same to men. Myself being one of them. Unfortunately when it happens to the father it just gets over looked and most everyone says “well the courts always side with mom” or “dads just unfit”. Therefor men don’t feel they have a leg to stand on and they move on with life as they and myself included are constantly told there’s nothing you can do and there is no hope for you. Just accept it.
Honestly in my wife’s line of work she sees Menges pulling his stunts in men more so than woman.

    1. The men need to come forward. We are only being contacted by women. We have now only 2 men. But both have the same basis. They were the safe parent, and he sided with the abuser.
