Update on Sara’s Circus: The Courtroom Clown Show Rolls On

Not much to report in this week’s episode of “Sara vs. Judicial Shenanigans”, but here’s where we stand:

King’s Bench Petition: Over at the Supreme Court, both the trial court and opposing counsel opted for silence with no responses. Maybe they figured the chaos speaks for itself?

Contempt Appeal Brief: Harshberger was supposed to file his brief by the 17th, but it’s MIA. Guess he’s working on Harshberger Standard Time, which apparently runs slower than the actual court deadlines.

Response to Stay: Speaking of late work, Harshberger hasn’t responded to the stay either. At this point, it’s less about waiting for him to act and more about seeing how long he can ghost the court.

Sara’s Appeal: And now, we wait for the next inevitable delay—Harshberger’s brief for Sara’s appeal. Who wants to place bets on how late this one will be?

For now, it’s a lot of waiting and watching as deadlines fly by like unacknowledged parking tickets. Stay tuned for the next thrilling update—if the boys ever wakes up from their nap!
