Sara is due in court on Thursday, April 17th at 3:30 PM, in Courtroom #6005 at the York County Courthouse. Judge Menges is once again threatening to throw her in jail, right before her appeal is heard on the 29th.
This is not a coincidence. This is a clear attempt to circumvent the appellate process because he knows he’s going to lose this one.
Rather than let the higher court rule on her appeal, Judge Menges appears to be trying to block it before it can happen, by jailing her. This is not justice. This is abuse of power.
If you can attend, please come.
A full courtroom shows that the community is watching. That Sara is not alone. That we will not sit back while a judge weaponizes his position to silence someone who dared to challenge him.
