It’s over! Victory for Sara!

Let’s get one thing straight: the law is supposed to be complicated, right? Judges and lawyers throw around fancy words like “standing,” “psychological grandparent,” and “best interests of the child” to make you feel small and powerless.

But Sara? She just read the law and said, “Nah. That’s not how this works.”

The trial court tried to invent standing for PopPop, who had zero legal right to be there. They pulled out the old “psychological grandparent” nonsense like some magic trick, hoping nobody would notice it’s not even a thing in Pennsylvania law. Spoiler alert: it’s not. It’s not a thing anywhere, other than in Mango’s head.

Then they handed custody rights to PopPop like he won the lottery, ignoring that Sara had sole legal custody all along. The Superior Court didn’t buy it for a second. They said, “Nope. Sara has sole custody, grandpa’s just a stranger trying to crash the party.”

And Lord Hexter? The father with a rap sheet longer than his list of parental rights? (this made me giggle 🫢)They limited him to Zoom calls from prison. Because even the court knows you don’t hand over kids to someone convicted of horrific crimes.

Now, here’s the best part: Sara did all this pro se. No fancy attorneys, no law degree just her, the law, and the truth. Meanwhile, the “legal pros” and the judge thought they could outsmart her.

Turns out, they were wrong. Dead wrong.

So here’s the takeaway:

PopPop’s standing? Nonexistent.

“Psychological grandparent”? Fiction.

Custody rights for anyone other than Sara? Reversed.

Judge Menges? Overruled and looking real silly.

Sara played the legal game smarter than the people who get paid to know it. And now? They’re left eating her dust.
Never mess with a Mama Bear.

Up next … Jacqueline. Yep she has stuff filed now too.
The first domino fell, so let’s watch this house of cards crumble.
