When Copy-Pasta Fails: “Lord Hexter and Pop Pop’s Comedy of Errors in Sara’s Case

You ever see someone try so hard to be slick, but end up handing you the proof you need instead? That’s exactly what happened in Sara’s federal lawsuit drama.

Both “Lord Hexter”  😂 (I have to  laugh every time I say that) and Pop Pop filed the exact same motion to dismiss word for word. It’s like they didn’t even bother pretending to act independently. Nope, full-on coordinated move. And guess what? That coordination just makes the conspiracy claim in Sara’s case even stronger. Because if they’re filing identical boilerplate motions, that’s not a coincidence, that’s a collaboration.

But the real kicker? Their “brief in support” wasn’t a brief at all. It was just the docket and Menges’ motion for dismissal uploaded as “evidence.” What they didn’t get is that the docket they’re waving around actually proves Sara’s claim. So instead of weakening the case, they accidentally reinforce it. Classic.

And the timing couldn’t be better. The court asks Sara to respond right before the appellate court rules the whole standing issue in her favor, essentially slapping down Psycho and Pop Pop’s weak arguments before they even get started.

Watching this circus unfold is honestly hilarious. The “evidence” meant to dismiss Sara’s claims is the very thing that bolsters them. It’s a perfect example of how laziness and coordination can backfire spectacularly.

Here’s the real takeaway. Both Lord Hexter and Pop Pop independently used the exact same motion to try to dismiss the case. You can tell they didn’t actually read Sara’s claims. Of course they didn’t. Using the same motion only makes the conspiracy claim stronger. Then they submitted the docket for the very case they’re being sued over as proof they did nothing wrong. That just makes them look even worse. And using Menges’ motion for dismissal as their evidence? That is chef’s kiss level stupidity. He’s a judge and can claim judicial immunity but they can’t. They probably thought they could pull a Sara and handle this pro se but spoiler alert they are just not smart enough.

This is not checkmate. This is them laying the queen on its side, and forfeiting the game.
